#hiring — Slack
you: We need a senior backend eng. Go/Python, distributed systems. SF or remote US.

hirehire: On it. I'll source from your ATS + LinkedIn, screen for distributed systems experience, and handle outreach. I'll send you a shortlist in 48h.

— 47 hours later —

hirehire: 3 candidates ready. All passed technical screen. Interview links sent. First one's tomorrow at 2pm.

The Problem

Recruiting is broken.
And expensive.

You're either paying a recruiter $10K/month to juggle spreadsheets, or your eng team is doing it themselves. Both suck.

$15K

Monthly recruiter cost

A competent in-house recruiter runs $10-15K/mo loaded. Agencies charge 20-25% of first-year salary — $30-50K per hire.

42d

Average time-to-hire

Engineering roles take 6+ weeks to fill. Every week that seat stays empty costs you velocity and burns your team out.

80%

Time spent on non-hiring

Recruiters spend most of their day on admin — scheduling, CRM updates, writing emails — not actually evaluating talent.

How It Works

There is no UI.
The agent is the product.

Plug hirehire into Slack and your ATS. Tell it what you need. It does the rest.

1

Connect your stack

Invite the hirehire bot to Slack. Connect your ATS (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever — more coming). Takes 5 minutes.

2

Describe the role in plain English

No job description templates. No dropdown menus. Just tell the agent what you need like you'd tell a human recruiter: "Senior backend, Go or Rust, has built something at scale."

3

The agent takes over

It searches your existing candidate pool, sources from LinkedIn and other channels, writes personalized outreach, screens responses, and schedules interviews on your calendar. You just show up.

4

Stay in the loop — or don't

Get daily Slack digests. Ask the agent questions anytime. Or just ignore it until candidates appear on your calendar. Your call.

FAQ

Common questions

Which ATS systems do you integrate with? +
We currently integrate with Workable, with Greenhouse and Lever coming soon. All candidate data, stage changes, and notes sync automatically — you keep using your ATS exactly as before, the agent just works inside it.
Is my company data secure? +
Each customer gets a completely isolated instance — your data never mixes with anyone else's. We don't train on your data. All communication is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your agent runs on dedicated infrastructure, not shared multi-tenant servers.
What happens after the 14-day trial? +
If you subscribe, nothing changes — your agent keeps running. If you don't, the agent pauses but your pipeline data is preserved. You can reactivate anytime and pick up right where you left off. No credit card required to start.
Do I need to be technical to use this? +
Not at all. You talk to the agent in plain English via Slack or Telegram. "Find me a senior PM with fintech experience" is all it needs. No dashboards to learn, no settings to configure. If you can describe who you're looking for, you can use hirehire.
How is this different from a recruiting agency? +
Agencies charge 20-25% of first-year salary (that's $30-50K per hire). hirehire is $1,000/month per role with no placement fees. The agent works 24/7, responds in seconds, never ghosts candidates, and learns your preferences over time. It's a fraction of the cost with better consistency.
What if I'm hiring for multiple roles? +
Each active role is $1,000/month. The agent manages all of them simultaneously — separate pipelines, tailored outreach for each. It even cross-references candidates: if someone isn't right for one role but fits another, it'll flag that automatically.
